Amit Choudhri is a veteran technology strategist and systems engineer with over two decades of experience delivering innovative solutions across federal, state, and commercial sectors. With deep roots in software architecture & design, surveillance systems & technologies, and advanced air mobility (AAM), Amit brings a rare blend of technical depth and strategic leadership to the forefront of emerging aviation and transportation technologies. As President of Radial Vector Consulting, Amit advises organizations on the design and integration of low-altitude surveillance ecosystems and AAM infrastructure.  

His multidisciplined career spans key roles in engineering and leadership, including serving as COO of a small disadvantaged business in the federal contracting space, leading software design for FAA enterprise systems, automating manufacturing systems at Nucor Steel, and conducting pioneering research in ubiquitous security and digital trust at UMBC.

Chris Fernando, Vice President

Chris Fernando is a seasoned leader with over 20 years of experience guiding complex programs and multidisciplinary teams across aviation, transportation, and emerging technology sectors. His work bridges innovation with real-world implementation—especially in areas like unmanned aircraft systems (UAS), advanced air mobility (AAM), and the modernization of aviation infrastructure.

Chris has led major contracts and initiatives in airport and environmental planning, airspace redesign, and research & development focused on integrating autonomy and automation into the national airspace. His collaborative approach brings together stakeholders from government, academia, and industry to advance future-ready solutions.

As an adjunct professor at the Florida Institute of Technology, Chris is committed to education and mentorship—developing curricula and guiding graduate students on the evolving role of mobility technologies in urban, suburban, rural, and airport settings.
